Can I order online and pick up from a local Opal Branch?
Coming Soon! We are currently developing our Click & Collect functionality but for now, delivery is available only through the website.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Products are usually delivered within 1-5 business days (excluding NT, WA and TAS) or unless specified otherwise. In the event that a product you order is not available, or Opal is otherwise unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order, or a full refund.
What is the returns policy for goods?
If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a replacement or a refund by contacting Opal within 21 days of delivery. If Opal considers that your request has been made in good faith, we will arrange for collection of the relevant Product from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase, and either replace the Product, or provide you with an agreed refund amount (including GST and shipping). You acknowledge that if you request a refund due to a change of mind or similar, Opal may decline to provide a full refund if the Products are not in their original packaging or unsuitable for resale. You also acknowledge that Opal may extend the 21 day limit in the case of products with latent defects, that is, where a product contains defects that you could not have reasonably detected at the time of delivery. In such cases, you must request the replacement or refund within 14 days of discovering the defect.
I am an existing Opal Account Holder, how do I register/create an account to shop online?
Please contact your dedicated account manager or customer service to have an online account created.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password: 1. Click on “Log in / Register” at the top right hand corner of the home page 2. At the bottom left, under the “LOGIN” button, click “Forgot Password” 3. Enter email the address linked to your Opal account and click “SUBMIT”. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set and confirm a new password.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for orders?
Yes, a minimum spend of $150 applies to all online orders (excluding shipping) for non-account holders.
What is a Purchase Order Number and do I need one to order?
A Purchase Order Number (or PO No.) is the order reference number used to link purchase to internal records, displayed on your invoice. (Eg. WRS200010). Entering a PO no. is optional.
How do I redeem a coupon?
Enter your coupon code in the checkout to have the offer applied to your order. The coupon code field is located on the right hand side of the page under the “Order Summary” heading. Enter the unique Coupon Code and press apply. The shopping cart will automatically update to include a valid coupon (maximum one code per transaction).
The coupon code isn’t working, what do I do?
